Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Charlotte reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the premises who exhibits inappropriate behaviour.
